Lady Gaga may be facing trial after accusations that she didn't give money to a Japanese earthquake charity foundation as she had promised a few weeks ago.
According to several reports, a class action lawsuit has been filed against the popular pop singer regarding the sale of her wristbands specially created for earthquake charity (We Pray For Japan).
Based on these reports, Lady Gaga charged $5 for the bands, $0.60 for various taxes and another $3.99 for shipping. However, the lawsuit claims she inflated the costs, gaining profit from sales. Besides this, Lady Gaga refused to reveal how much of the wristbands price actually goes to the earthquake victims.
We don't have any official statement from Lady Gaga so we must wait to hear her side of the story as well before assuming anything.by FW Editor |
