Apparently appearing in reality shows is good for keeping a healthy body weight.
The American Idol runner-up Lauren Alaina has opened up about the steps she's taken to lose 25 pounds in just two months.
"Changing my diet was the big thing," the singer tells Us Weekly. "I had to learn correct portion control... I eat an egg-white omelet for breakfast, shrimp and veggies for lunch and chicken with asparagus for dinner."
Besides a healthy diet, exercises are also extremely important. Lauren enjoys daily workouts that include pushups, crunches and squats. She is now 10 pounds away from reaching her final goal.by FW Editor |
