| Lindsay Lohan Blames Alcohol Test Fail On Tea |

The bottom line is that it doesn't even matter of Lindsay Lohan failed or not the alcohol test. The Judge clearly states alcohol is perfectly legal so the only fail in this whole story came from the probation department who is unable to "control" Lohan.
Even so, even after the judge let her off the hook, Lohan is adamant that she did not drink any alcohol and she wants to clear her name. Her excuse is hilarious at least: she just had some Kombucha tea.
This specific tea brand contains some alcohol and according to Lohan, that's what must have been registered during the alcohol test. However, the company behind Kombucha tea claims the alcohol content is under .05%.
Lohan told TMZ in a recent statement: "I am responsible, and I'm following the rules and obeying my judge and the Los Angeles judicial system. I'd like to do what I must to get my film career back and the respect of directors, actors, writers, studio heads, fans and so on."by FW Editor |
