Lindsay Lohan Probation Extended

Monday, October 19 2009

Lindsay Lohan was lucky enough to miss jail time after she violated her probationary requirements including not fulfilling about half of her required alcohol education classes.

Instead, L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel extended the probation period of the troubled actress from three years to four years.

Lohan's lawyer defended her client telling the judge that she was "extremely busy" at that time. Lilo pleaded guilty to reckless driving, drunken driving, and related cases in 2007. The court then put her on three-year probation and 84 minutes in jail. Meanwhile, the next hearing is scheduled on December 15.
