Lindsay Lohan is being sued… again!
Dawn Holland, the former Betty Ford staff member who got into a fight with Lindsay Lohan on December 2010, filled a lawsuit against Lohan. According to this lawsuit, the troubled star unleashed the fury when she tried to give Lohan a breathalyzer test at the famous rehab facility.
Based on Holland's testimony, Lohan was "combative and violent" when confronted after sneaking off site - probably to go boozing - then returning after curfew.
In the lawsuit, Dawn claims that LiLo grabbed her right wrist, "twisting and pulling it for 8-10 seconds," which caused her to seek medical treatment.
Dawn alleges "mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering" from the incident she says Lindsay committed, and is demanding minimum $1 million.
But there is a problem. It's not July 2011. When Holland filled the initial incident report she didn't mentioned anything about Lindsay's alleged wrist grab.
Also, Holland was fired from Betty Ford for blabbing about the incident. Basically, she tried to sell out a Betty Ford patient for a few extra dollars. Not a credible individual here.by FW Editor |
