In her appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman on Wednesday, Madonna, who's dating 22-year-old Jesus Luz, shed the light about the impossibility of getting married again.
"I think I'd rather get run over by a train," she told the show host. She then described her 8-year marriage to Guy Ritchie as "the Bush years." With that, "It was a good time to be out of America," she noted.
And when Letterman opened up about her former beau New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez, Madonna quipped, "Didn't you almost get arrested for bringing up A-Rod's name?" The singer was referring to the incident in June wherein the host gave a controversial comment about the former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin saying that "during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez."
