Peter Kopwalczyk, a 29-year old man from south London has been detained on charges of assaulting singer Leona Lewis at a bookshop in London on Thursday. He has been booked under 1983 Mental Health Act which states that people who are proved to have psychiatric disorder can be forcefully detained and provided treatment.
