Marc Cherry, the creator of "Desperate Housewives" scored some big points in his war with Nicolette Sheridan. If you don't know, Nicolette accused Marc of hitting her more than once.
Apparently, Marc Cherry and Dana Delany (star from Desperate Housewives) showed up together at Bouchon in L.A. While Marc was talking about the lawsuit, Dana stated that she have never seen any kind of violence and called Marc "a great boss".
Also, it is a known fact that several others (members from the show crew and Eva Longoria) are also supporting the story of their producer.
