| Matt Damon Finds It Very Easy To Gain Weight |

In his latest collaboration with Oceans 11, 12, and 13 director Steven Soderbergh, Matt Damon liked the idea that he needed to gain 30 lbs. for his role in the comedy thriller film The Informant! which is due on September 18.
At the Venice Film Festival, the actor told the reporters, "It was very, very easy to gain the weight. It was very, very fun, probably the funniest time I had working because I didn't have to go to the gym after work and I just ate everything I could see."
The movie is based on real events. Damon, who stars with Joel McHale, Scott Bakula, and Melanie Lynskey, plays the role of Mark Whitacre, a company executive who becomes an FBI informant.
