Mel Gibson settled down with Oksana Grigorieva's son, Alexander Dalton. The two agreed for Gibson to pay $100,000. With this agreement, the teenager basically refuses his right to sue the troubled actor.
Grigorieva's attorneys were trying to force Mel to pay Alexander half a million for allegedly terrorizing the boy during a serious fight between Grigorieva and Gibson.
The allegedly fight happened in January 2009 in a hotel room. Oksana later accused Mel of physical and psychical abuse.
According to the documents Gibson and Alexander signed, the actor agrees to pay Oksana's son $100,000 but there is a complete waiver of Dalton's part to sue Mel.by FW Editor |
