Michael Jackson Has Last Will and Testament

Wednesday, July 1 2009

Michael Jackson, who passed away several days ago, has made his last will and testament way back in 2002. The Jackson family is currently reviewing the details presented on the document.

The King of Pop entrusted all his assets and wealth to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. He also named his mom Katherine to be the guardian of his three children namely Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7.

Attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain were designated as executors, according to the last will.

A source revealed, "There are no numbers in the will. The assets are going into the family trust."
