Sesame Street, the longest running children's TV show in the US, celebrated its 40th anniversary on Tuesday. The event was attended not only by the program's aficionados but also by popular guests.
First Lady Michelle Obama was there. Online reports stated that she spent some time with Big Bird, who quipped how tall they were. Moreover, Obama shared the importance of planting. She even advised the kids to water their seeds frequently so they will grow healthy.
Actress Cameron Diaz was also present. She taught the children the word "habitat." To explain the word further, Elmo helped her and visited a frog habitat with his goldfish Daisy.
