Miley Cyrus turned 19 a few days ago and she was really busy since then. First, the actress posted a video in support of Occupy Wall Street. Then, she found herself embroiled in a pot smoking controversy… again. Now, the young celebrity is standing up for gay rights.
Cyrus is one of the many celebrities (we include here famous names like Cindy McCain, Kim Kardashian or Michael Emerson) to take part in the NOH8 campaign; created by Jeff Parshley and Adam Bouska in protest of California's Proposition 8, which makes it illegal for same-sex couples to wed.
