Weeks ago, reports came out that the O.C. star Mischa Barton was hospitalized and was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.
Her rep recently confirmed that the actress, who was rumored to be addicted to alcohol and drugs, is going back on the set of CW's The Beautiful Life.
She "will be resuming production as planned with the rest of the cast in NYC. She's back to business as usual," her rep stated. The show will start filming on Friday.
Creator and producer of The Beautiful Life Ashton Kutcher also dished about Barton's return at a conference in Pasadena, California saying, "I can tell you right now Mischa Barton is doing great."
