Several insiders confirm that 14-year old Kyle Jenner has struck up a relationship with pop singer Cody Simpson. The two were spotted at The Grove in L.A this weeked.
"I would say they are dating," a witness tells Us Weekly. "They are a couple! They are so cute together."
According to reports, Kylie and Cody met and hung out at this month's Hollywood premiere of Breaking Dawn Part I "and have been inseparable since," the mole adds.
