Linkin Park is working with all their efforts on their fourth studio album, "New Divide" and

feels it is likely to be released in 2010.
The solo works of the band members will influence the music of this new album and the
music will have "an interesting transition" from their last album "Minutes to Midnight" of
May 2007. Shinoda is already associated with Fort Minor, a hip-hop group, while Linkin Park
vocalist
target="_blank">Chester Bennington's solo album, "Dead By Sunrise", will be released
during this autumn.
Reflecting back on the works done on the new album so far, Shinoda said that they have
already done half of the music for "New Divide". "Though", he adds, "I shouldn't say
halfway, because who knows how long the next batch of songs will take."
