Nick Jonas, the youngest among the Jonas Brothers, visited the White House to meet President Barack Obama and a group of kids with diabetes.
Jonas, who was diagnosed with diabetes when he was 13, exclaimed, "I'm excited. This is the first time I'm meeting the president. It's gonna be fun."
The young musician will also testify at a Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee hearing about the government funding in relation to diabetes research together with Sugar Ray Leonard and Mary Tyler Moore.
"It's amazing (to meet them). They're, like, household names," he said. When the event was finished, Jonas was asked by reporters how the activity went and he shared, "It was great. He came up and thanked me for meeting his daughters and playing for them. I said, 'It's a pleasure to meet you.' He said, 'It's a pleasure to meet you, too.' Then we took a picture with about 100 kids."
