Believe it or not but the troubled actor Charlie Sheen and his even more troubled ex-wife Brooke Mueller are not scheduled for any kind of drug testing.
Despite the extensive history of substance use and abuse by both Brooke and Sheen, the custody settlement between them does not require either side submit to periodic drug testing.
The issue of a necessarily drug test has been raised this week after Brooke was spotted with what appeared to be a crack pipe in her hand. She was acting suspicious as well, fleeing from the scene as soon as she saw the photographers.
Mueller is the primary caregiver for young twins Max and Bob and has attempted to get clean via rehab more than 15 times already.by FW Editor |
