Actor Sean Penn
has taken back his appeal for divorce from
href="http://people.famouswhy.com/robin_wright_penn/" target="_blank">Robin Wright Penn for the second time after 2007. The Oscar-winner had submitted a divorce
application in court several weeks ago stating the unmendable gap that has formed between
the couple.
The last time Sean Penn had filed a divorce against his wife was in December 2007. But they
patched up after some months and Penn cancelled his appeal.
Presently, Robin Wright Penn is among the jury at the Cannes Film Festival. Her rep did not
say anything on the issue.
48-year old Sean Penn and 43 year old Wright Penn have two children of age 15 and
18.
