Redmond O'Neal, the son of the late Charlie's Angels actress Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal, is allowed to attend his mother’s funeral service on Tuesday.
His lawyer William Slattery immediately said, "That's an absolute yes," when he was asked if Redmond would be present on her mom's final moments.
The 24-year-old is currently at Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic, California after he violated his probation when he was caught possessing narcotics last April.
The funeral will be an invitation-only ceremony. It will take place at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels in Los Angeles.
