The actor who is 74 years old thanks his second wife, Sibylle Szaggars (55) for a "whole new life".
Robert Redford married the German-born artist, a couple of years back and admits she makes him fell younger and active.
"She's a very special person. She's younger than I am and European, which I like, so that's a whole new life. I ride horses, ski, play pretty hard tennis. I still have energy. When that starts to shut down, I might start to think about age." Redford told AARP The Magazine.
Redford also said that know, he has a better perspective of life which makes him a better director and producer.
"When you get older, you learn certain life lessons. You apply that wisdom, and suddenly you say, 'Hey, I've got a new lease on this thing. So let's go.' " he said.by fw editor |
