Blue Ivy Carter is a very lucky girl. Not only her parents are Beyonce and Jay-Z, but she's also got Oprah as her godmother. According to Media Takeouts, the godfather of beautiful baby Blue is Mr. Tyran "Ty Ty" Smith, a longtime close friend of Jay-Z's.
While the source of this information is questionable, to say the least, the website does cite some "inside source."
