Salma Hayek who can be seen in the new movie Grown Ups says that was hard for her to adapt at Hollywood because of her Mexican accent.
"I have been really, really lucky. It was really hard at the beginning because of the accent to find roles for me," she said.
"Now after 20 years they're beginning to get used to me but; I do have to work really hard, but I am in a really good place. A lot of people work really hard and don't get to see results."
"Maybe I would never have been a producer and director if things had just gone my way easily."
The beautiful actress has a daughter, Valentina with husband François-Henri Pinault.
"I know that I need to set boundaries for her. I can be really strict.
"For me, it is important that she develops a close relationship with nature. I grew up in the countryside, that's why I feel best when we're at our country house.
"When we're there she gets to spend lots of time enjoying nature. That's one of the greatest gifts."by fw editor |
