| Sean Penn Cancels Divorce Case |

The court records of Marin County, California showed that award-winning actor Sean Penn filed a request to rescind his divorce case with wife Robin Wright Penn.
On April 24, the actor filed for legal separation citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of ending their 13 years of marriage.
"This appears to imply that they're reconciling again. It's unlikely Sean Penn would request a dismissal for any other reason," said Lynn Soodik, L.A. divorce lawyer, who is not involved with the case.
This is already the second time the actor filed for a dismissal of their divorce case. He also did the same in December 2007.
