Sister of President John Kennedy Eunice Dies |

President John Kennedy's younger sister Eunice Kennedy Shriver, the founder of Special Olympics, passed away at around 2 a.m. on Tuesday.
Eunice, who is the mother of California's First Lady Maria Shriver Schwarzenegger, is "a living prayer, a living advocate, a living center of power. She set out to change the world and to change us, and she did that and more," according to her family.
Her brother Senator Edward Kennedy conferred that she has "great humor, sharp wit and... boundless passion to make a difference." Eunice died at the age of 88. The reason for her passing was not disclosed by her family.
