Sonja Morgan May Lose A $6 Million House

Thursday, July 28 2011

The Real Housewife of New York City's star Sonja Morgan may be forced to sell her $6 million mansion to deal with mounting financial trouble. Morgan must deal with her divorce battle with ex-husband John Adams Morgan. Also, she's facing a pending lawsuit filed that accuses her of fraud.
"Sonja is devastated, she's considering the house gone already," an insider tells E! News. "She wants to sell it back to her ex husband, so she can make that money off it and her daughter can live there, but he's refusing. She wants to keep it for her daughter, but it seems she'll have to sell it and lose it altogether.... She makes $275,000 a year on Housewives, which would be good for anyone else but it won't save her."
In November 2010, Morgan filed for bankruptcy in Manhattan with an estimated debt of $20 million.
