Judge James Burke, who handled the case of Tyra Banks' stalker Brady Green, finally decided after listening to the closing arguments. Green was convicted of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment at N.Y. criminal court.
Described the man as having a hounding behavior, the judge did not send Green to jail, instead, his lawyer was clearly instructed to "put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York."
Aside from the supermodel, Daniel Verdugo, an employee of Tyra Banks Show, also testified against the said stalker, saying, "He said, 'I'm going to come down there and kill you. I'm going to find you and slit your throat!'"
Banks, on the other hand, calmly stated a day ago, "I fear my safety. I feel extremely vulnerable. I fear the safety of my staff. My family. The people in my vicinity."
