The representative of Stephen Baldwin, 43, who is currently competing on NBC's reality show I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! denied the reports that the actor's house in Rockland County, N.Y. was in foreclosure.
Brad Taylor, the rep of the youngest of the Baldwin brothers, stated that Baldwin's 1.4-acre property was never put into public auction.
Taylor said, "Stephen is presently going through a legal situation regarding his mortgage and that situation is still in process. No auction will be happening and all things related to this matter are being handled by his legal representation."
