Oprah Winfrey is the first black female host anchor from the world. She gained scores of Emmy awards. In 1986 when she played in the movie "The color purple" and she was nominated to Oscar for this movie.
In one of her shows, in November 20, 2009 Oprah announced that in September 2011 she will stop making her show "The Oprah Winfrey Show" because she want to work more at her future project, the release of her own TV channel which will have the name OWN which means The Oprah Winfrey Network. She confessed that she want to concentrate more at her channel because she want to be a good one and to finish at time all the preparations.
