After Nicole Richie's car was rear-ended by the two paparazzi Eduardo Arrivebene and Ivon Miguel last month, the TV personality was granted a temporary restraining order against the photogs by a Los Angeles judge. They are asked to stay away at least 100 yards from Richie and her children.
Based on the documents submitted by the adopted daughter of Lionel Richie, the duo "stalk" the star and her family. They actually "sit outside my house, waiting for me to leave." And there were times when the photogs would "scream at me in an attempt to get my reaction, scare me, follow me, chase me in (their) vehicle."
Because of those scary motives, Richie got "severe emotional distress." She continued, "I am fearful that (their) continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle."
