Tyra Banks Asks Perez Hilton To Stop Bashing Celeb Kids

Thursday, September 10 2009

Tyra Banks stated on her show that she would allow celebrity blogger Perez Hilton to appear on America's Next Top Model if and only if he will stop bashing the children of celebrities on his blog.

The talk show gushed, "Being a celebrity, we put ourselves out there to be picked on but I do feel that when you are a kid of a celebrity, I don't feel they should be put in the public to be made fun of, they should be protected."

Hilton explained his side saying that the mean things he writes on his blog are "on purpose to get a rise out of people." He added that he doesn't really mean to do it and it's not the real him. "It is humor or my interpretation of it. It's easy. It's easy. I shine the light on celebrities," he continued.
