Vanda Hadarean former gymnast who has appeared in men's magazine, Playboy, in 2000, won at the end of last month, for the third consecutive time, the title of Miss World Fitness.
"This year there have been some new and pretty good competition, so competition was closer.
But it was a beautiful show and each year it seems it's a competition. The stiffer it is, victory is sweeter " said Vanda Hadarean for Click!.
With a sculpted body in millimeter, Vanda has a well established daily schedule. "Every day I wake up at around 7. I really try to have eight hours of sleep every night, that means no more than 11 hours spent in bed.
At 8.15 am I usually wake up. Usually, I train almost every day. Depends if is the competitive season or not.
I should tell you something about training, well you are in my studio, and you can see that I'm training with weights, balance, flexibility and of course, for heart disease, " said Vanda who eats five times a day because she is trying to combine at every meal the carbohydrate and protein fat.
She loves sweets, but knows she needs to eat moderately. "Usually I cook, but when I'm going to a restaurant I don't plan to eat allot.
I know how to control my portions, and from time to time I sometimes allow myself chocolate, " said Miss World Fitness triple champion. When she's not training, which she considers her main passion, she like to travel or to take photos.by FW Editor |
